Sizing and fit

The Recovery Pro Ice Knee Wrap uses a wrap-around design and one-size adjustable fit.

• Designed to wrap around knees up to approximately 60 cm
• Adjustable straps allow you to customise both fit and compression

The flexible design allows the wrap to sit comfortably around the knee while keeping the cooling area positioned where you need it most.

How to use

• Place the wrap in the freezer for 2.5 hours before use. If stored in the freezer between uses, allow the wrap to soften for 15–20 minutes before applying. Do not force or bend the wrap before this period. Avoid placing heavy items on top of the wrap while freezing to help prevent damage.
• Position the wrap around your knee so the cooling area sits over the desired spot.
• Wrap the top strap around the upper section of the wrap to secure the top in place.
• Wrap the bottom strap around the lower section of the wrap to stabilise the wrap comfortably around the knee.
• Adjust the straps so the wrap feels secure but not tight.
• Use for short periods at a time, or for a time which suits you. Allow the skin to return to normal temperature between uses.
