Sizing and fit

The Recovery Pro Ice Knee Wrap uses a wrap-around design and one-size adjustable fit.

The flexible design allows the wrap to sit comfortably around the knee while keeping the cooling area positioned where you need it most.

How to use

1. Place the wrap in the freezer for 2.5 hours before use. Apply to the knee straight away or allow 5-10 minutes for it to settle at room temperature. The wrap can be kept in the freezer between uses, but if stored frozen for extended periods, we recommend allowing it to settle at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before use. Please do not place any items on top of the wrap in the freezer as this increases the risk to damage when kept frozen.
2. Position the wrap around your knee so the cooling area sits over the desired spot.
3. Wrap the top strap around the upper section of the wrap to secure the top in place.
4. Wrap the bottom strap around the lower section of the wrap to stabilise the wrap comfortably around the knee.
5. Adjust the straps so the wrap feels secure but not tight.
6. Use for short periods at a time, or for a time which suits you. Allow the skin to return to normal temperature between uses.
