Sizing & Fit

The Adjustable Knee Support is available in Small, Medium and Large, based on the circumference of your leg.

How to Measure

1. Bend your knee slightly, to around 30 degrees.
2. Measure the circumference of your thigh approximately 10 cm above the centre of your kneecap.
3. Match your measurement to the size guide below.

Size Guide

Small: 30–35 cm
Medium: 35–40 cm
Large: 40–45 cm

If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and using the adjustable straps to fine-tune the fit.

How to Wear

1. Position the support over your knee with the Velcro section at the top, facing the front of your leg.
2. Bring the straps from behind the knee and cross them over the front in a criss-cross pattern.
3. Wrap the straps back around the knee and secure them to the Velcro at the front.
4. Adjust the straps until the support feels secure and supportive without restricting movement or circulation.
