We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible items, starting from the date your order is delivered.
If your item is unused and unworn, and does not meet expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
We encourage all customers to inspect the quality of our products on arrival. We’re confident in the quality, materials, and finish of everything we sell.
Items may be opened and inspected but must not be worn or used against the skin to remain eligible for return.
Important Hygiene & Usage Information
All our physical products are worn directly against the skin.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items once they have been worn or used against the skin.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• Returned in their original packaging
• With any hygiene seals intact, where applicable
